Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Ride Cult account and associated personal data at any time. You can also delete your account directly from the in-app account settings.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@ridecult.club from your registered account email.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your Ride Cult account email and display name.
What will be deleted
- Account profile information
- Stored trip records linked to your account
- Group membership associations
- Achievement associations linked to your account
Retention exceptions
We may retain limited records when required by law, or for fraud-prevention and security obligations.
Expected timeline
Requests are processed within 30 days.
